Biking it's fun!
Today was the third day I went biking. I want to improve my health and exercise (because I wasn't doing any), biking helps me in two ways: I can exercise and go out so I can get a little bit of sun.
I was super rusty the first day, it cost me so much even stop the bike, I made a lot of mistakes, but there we some moments where the feeling of velocity and the cold breeze were delightful. I tasted a liberty I didn't knew I wanted so bad. While biking I don't have time to think, I just feel the moment, I hear the sound of the bike, I smell the dirt of the route, I see blurry people pass by. It feels like nothing maters besides going forward.
The second day was refreshing, I was used to the route, but I was still afraid of the cars and a little nervous where there were more traffic. That day I relaxed, I went not so slow not so fast and enjoyed the night view.
This third day I started experimenting new things: a new route, going more fast, changing my posture and adjusting the seat's high, because of this I'm also more tired but the sense of improvement it's there and it makes me feel proud.
I feel comforted thanks to this new hobby, I was never a very athletic person, so I never thought I'd like biking so much, but that surprise makes it more special. I'm happy I decided to do this and I hope I'll continue doing so.
If you have a bike and haven't use it much, you should try! Take this as a signal to take that dusty bike, clean it and just go for a ride, that's what I did and that's how I found out that biking it's fun.
