Blog 2nd Anniversary
Two years, two years...I can't believe it's been two years since I started this blog and that I've wrote over 300 posts, those are a lot of words. I often read my old ones, it's weird to see how my writing (and life) have changed. I think I take my blog a liiitle more serious now, not like is a big thing, I just try my best to write my thoughts. I've evolved in both my English and Spanish writing, I started writing more in English but now I feel comfortable in Spanish too and I write a lot more in this language.
This year I've also started to share more music recommendations, and I like it! I love to comment on the music I've discovered. And I haven't wrote as much as I want, I have a lot of unfinished drafts talking about music in my laptop, but also in my head, I have a lot of ideas. That changed from last year, I used to not have many drafts and publish almost everything that I wrote.
What also changed is that I share more of my "polished" writing, more fictional stories and poems, I feel a little more comfortable sharing them. I still doubt every time I want to publish something like that...but less.
Having this blog gives me a lot of joy, writing but also receiving messages from people that read too, every time I get a new message it sparkles a little bit of joy in my day. So, thank you to everyone that has commented on my guestbook or emailed me!
When I found bearblog I liked this side of internet and wanted to be part of it, simple as that. I didn't expect that people would read, I just wanted to contribute my little grain of sand to the indieweb. I didn't even thought that I had this need for writing, but apparently, after all those posts, I think I have things to say.
I don't know for how much I will keep this blog going, I don't have nothing planned. For now I want to keep writing.
