English Haikus
I've been reading Sebastian's recent Haikus and got inspired to write some. I've shared some in Spanish before, but I haven't in English (or wrote much Haikus in English at all). It wasn't as hard as I thought, it was fun.

I'm not escaping,
I'm searching for something new,
something less perfect.
8 AM
A glorious sun
meets my eyes in the morning
when I look up, up.
The future?
No, I don't know yet,
maybe I will never know,
but I think that's fine.
Allow me to write
Pencil and paper,
that's all I need when I dream
to remember things.
